At Libertas Cordis Counseling, I provide a compassionate, confidential space where you can gently examine what weighs on your heart and begin making meaningful changes that lead to greater freedom, peace, and renewal.

I offer warm, personalized therapy for individuals (ages 16+), couples, and families — both in-person in my Colleyville office and through secure virtual sessions.

My approach is grounded in the Catholic Christian Meta-Model of the Person (CCMMP), while remaining respectful of your beliefs and preferences. I integrate evidence-based methods and am happy to include faith when that is meaningful to you.
