Fees & Payment Information

I believe therapy should be accessible and transparent. Below you will find my current session rates and payment policies.

Session Rates

Individual Therapy

  • Initial Intake Session (90 minutes): $150

  • Standard 50-minute Session: $100

  • Extended 90-minute Session: $150

Couples Therapy

  • Initial Intake Session (90 minutes): $165

  • Standard 50-minute Session: $110

  • Extended 90-minute Session: $165

Cancellation Policy

I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged the full session rate.

Payment Information

I accept payments through Ivy Pay, a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform designed specifically for counselors.

Payment is due at the end of each session. Ivy Pay allows you to safely store your payment information and pay easily with credit card, debit card, HSA, or FSA.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance or Medicare. However, I’m happy to provide you with a detailed superbill after each session so you can submit it to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Sliding Scale Options

I offer a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who need financial flexibility. If you feel this would be helpful for you, please reach out — I’m happy to discuss availability and see if we’re a good fit.

Good Faith Estimate

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, I am happy to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected costs of your care upon scheduling. This estimate will be based on the type and frequency of sessions we discuss together.

All rates are subject to change with 4 weeks’ notice.

Good Faith Estimate

As of January 1, 2022, the Public Health Service Act, section 2799b requires all health care clinicians and facilities to provide estimates of the costs of your care. This will be provided to our clients upon scheduling an appointment with us.
