I offer compassionate, evidence-based counseling for individuals (ages 16 and older), couples, and families. Whether you prefer in-person sessions in my Colleyville office or secure telehealth, I’m here to support you — as long as you are physically located in Texas.

I see the human person as fully integrated — body, mind, and soul — created with inherent dignity. My primary framework is the Catholic Christian Meta-Model of the Person (CCMMP), which serves as a lens through which I understand and integrate therapeutic work. I personally adhere to a strong Christian worldview and am happy to integrate faith, Scripture, and prayer into our sessions when that is the client’s preference. If you are not seeking a faith-based or Christian perspective, I can comfortably set that aside and focus on evidence-based therapy tailored to your needs and preferences.

My work is guided by several proven, evidence-based approaches:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) — Helps heal trauma and distressing life events by reducing the emotional intensity of painful memories.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & EFIT (Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy) — Grounded in attachment theory, these approaches strengthen relationships and heal attachment wounds for greater connection and security.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — Helps accept difficult thoughts and feelings while committing to value-driven actions for greater flexibility and meaning.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — Identifies and changes unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors to better manage anxiety, depression, and other challenges.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy — A strength-based approach that builds on your resources and successes to create positive, practical change.

  • Catholic Christian Meta-Model of the Person (CCMMP) — My primary framework. This integrative model views the human person as body, mind, and soul, drawing from psychology, philosophy, and Christian theology to support whole-person healing and restoration.

  • The Immanuel Approach (by Dr. Karl Lehman) — A relational and prayer-based method that helps heal trauma and attachment wounds by facilitating deeper connection with God and others.
